Cohen & Havian LLP is a full service CPA
firm. Our accounting services cover a full range of financial
reporting engagements. Throughout our history we have been
able to adhere to all of the required financial reporting
standards to provide audit, review and compilation services.
We work with our clients to determine the proper level of
financial reporting that is necessary for their business and
work diligently with their staff so we may provide these services
in the most professional and efficient manner possible.
We participate in the quality assurance
peer review program sponsored by the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, in conjunction with the Massachusetts
Society of Certified Public Accountants. This program requires
we perform an internal audit of our financial reporting practice
annually, insuring adherence to the most current quality control
requirements and once every three years to have our practice
and quality control program reviewed by an independent auditor.
Cohen & Havian is proud to announce that
in November of 2000 the second triennial review of our
financial reporting practice was conducted and once again
we have demonstrated satisfactorily our adherence to professional
standards is unquestioned.
